Pillar 6 (第6柱 Dai 6-hashira) is the sixth chapter of the Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist manga.
Summary[]
The chapter opens with "Ashe" bathing, and Lamia lamenting the fact that Dantalion is gone. She's convinced he's cheating on her, even though he'd promised to marry her.
Ashe reveals that he's in the human world, and has been for a month already, with the Elector. Lamia thinks that Ashe is the one most suited to become the Emperor. Ashe uses her power to see what Dantalion is doing and they see him holding William, in a suspicious pose. Lamia is outraged and storms off while Ashe takes a second look, musing on the Elector.
Swallow and William are handing out letters, as a part of their prefect duties, and someone's adoring parent sent a fist sized stack of them. It was for William, of course, from Kevin. He went to Egypt to find William's uncle Barton.
Dantalion and Sytry have attracted followers. And William is despairing his situation. At the questions of the demons, he absolutely refuses to choose.
He and Isaac leave, and are stopped by a student asking William for help. They are led to a dark room, where a portal opens under them and they fall. William spots Lamia before the portal closes. She wants to test his powers.
Dantalion and Sytry felt the Door to Hell open. That day there was a party in Hell, celebration the New Moon.
William and Isaac land smack dab in the middle of it.
